Miles covered: 9 on the Holman fire detour, 11+ to the northern terminus on the PCT, and 8+ to Manning Park
PCT mile marker: 2652/2652
Highlight: Canada! (Honorable mention: Almost no food left, so a very light pack.)
Biggest challenge: High mileage compared to recent days, especially the walk into Manning Park, after the adrenaline wore off.
Side note: I’ll be taking a break for a few days to reflect on the experience. I have many ideas for topical blog posts. If there’s something you’d like to hear more about, do make suggestions in the comment field.
